Emprendimiento en Turismo: un análisis bibliométrico sobre componentes y tendencias en modelos de negocio
Resumen
La literatura muestra múltiples estudios bibliométricos sobre modelos de negocio en diversos sectores; sin embargo, se ha prestado poca atención al análisis sistemático de la producción académica en emprendimientos turísticos. El modelo de negocio en estos emprendimientos es un proceso complejo que implica prácticas sostenibles y el intercambio de conocimientos y recursos dentro del ecosistema emprendedor. Los emprendedores en turismo suelen tener capacidades limitadas de gestión y organización debido a una comprensión insuficiente de los componentes de los modelos de negocio y su interrelación para fomentar la innovación y la sostenibilidad. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar la falta de definiciones unificadas sobre los modelos de negocio en el contexto del emprendimiento turístico y proporcionar directrices para el desarrollo de nuevos modelos y la gestión de los existentes. A través de un análisis de 71 artículos publicados entre los años 2000 y 2022, se identificaron 14 componentes clave agrupados en tres funciones principales: propuesta de valor, creación y entrega de valor, y captura de valor. Se concluyó que la integración de estos elementos es esencial para optimizar la competitividad y sostenibilidad, así como para impulsar la innovación y el crecimiento sostenible en el sector turístico.
